[vtkusers] C# ActiViz.NET 5.8.0 mapper issue

Hi Benjamin,

I figured it out how to do it correctly (I guess) based on your suggestion.

I had to call call Modifier() on the vtkUnstructuredGrid Object than
Update() and than Render on the interactor ... and it worked fine. It is
actually solving several of other problems ...
