[vtkusers] supported Windows edition

VTK and Qt work just fine on all versions of Windows. With the most 
recent Visual Studio editions, you will have to change the default 
Platform Toolset in order for your build products to run on Windows XP, 
but "home" vs. "professional" makes no practical difference for most 
VTK applications.
