[vtkusers] VTK ballon widget does not show a ballon

Hello, Merry Xmas, and Happy New Year

I am new with VTK, but I would hope that the following code would generate
two Squares, and one of them would be assigned to a ballon, and while
touching it with the mouse, will result in displaying the word " hello " --- 



However, no popup ballons are displayed.

What am I doing wrong? Please help-
