[vtkusers] Compiling PCL with VTK on fedora

Hm yes, it was missing this but I still have the same error.

The CMake executable like looks like this

add_executable(hough src/Test/hough.cpp)
target_link_libraries(hough ${catkin_LIBRARIES} ${PCL_LIBRARIES}
${VTK_LIBRARIES} -lboost_unit_test_framework)

It may be worth mentioning that I'm working in ROS Hydro. and with VTK6.
