[vtkusers] Missing Configuration Variables

Hello, 
from my experience, those can probably be set up by adding the following
directive to the cmake command line (when configuring the VTK build):

cmake [...] -DVTK_USE_GUISUPPORT:BOOL=ON (etc)

You can also use Ccmake and toggle the "Advanced" configuration mode to see
the status (enabled/disabled) of all configurations variables.
