[vtkusers] Add vtkArrowSource on vtkPlotLine3D/vtkChartXYZ

Hello.
Recently began to study the VTK.
Faced the following problem:
It is necessary to draw vtkPlotLine3D and on it to represent vectors
(Presumably vtkArrowSource).
Someone did this? Examples did not help ... = (
