[vtkusers] VTK.js - "Using vtk.js as an ES6 dependency" example not working

Hi,

the following example:
https://kitware.github.io/vtk-js/docs/intro_vtk_as_es6_dependency.html

Fails upon the "npm run build" command. The following error is thrown:

There is no webpack.loaders.js inside the Utilities/config folder.
What am I doing wrong here?
