[vtkusers] Interpolated edges with mid-side nodes

I discovered that if I can use vtkQuadraticTetra instead of vtkTetra and use
cell type VTK_QUADRATIC_TETRA, I can get the mid-side nodes to connect as in
the shown image. But I still can't get it to look curved shaped/smooth. Is
there a way to achieve this through vtk?
