[vtkusers] Build VTK 8.2.0 in Windows with VS 2017 (15.9)

Hi to allI can not to configure CMAKE to build VTK-8.2 with Visual Studio 2017 (last update 15.9) I have  got next message
CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:7 (project):
 Failed to run MSBuild command:

 MSBuild.exe

to get the value of VCTargetsPath: can not found this file
