Detailed Description

Abstract base class for gradient descent-style optimizers.

Gradient modification is threaded in ModifyGradient.

Derived classes must override ModifyGradientByScalesOverSubRange, ModifyGradientByLearningRateOverSubRange and ResumeOptimization.
