Getting Started

1. Retrieve source:

   git clone http://kwsource.kitwarein.com/bender/bender

2. Configure with CMake >= 2.8.10 and build
3. The executable Bender is found in Bender-build/Slicer-build/Slicer-build
4. Building the inner build of Slicer (Bender-build/Slicer-build/Slicer-build) is sufficient when developing modules for Bender
