Hello,

What version of SimpleITK are you using?

The class and function shouldn't be hard to find. Here is it in the Doxygen:
http://www.itk.org/SimpleITKDoxygen/html/classitk_1_1simple_1_1OtsuMultipleThresholdsImageFilter.html

Things seem to be there as expected.

>>import SimpleITK as sitk
>>print sitk.Version()
SimpleITK Version: 0.8.0
Compiled: Mar 14 2014 02:43:02
>>help(sitk.OtsuMultipleThresholds)
>>help(sitk.OtsuMultipleThresholdsImageFilter)

Hope that help,
Brad
