[ITK] ITK 4.6.1 linking problems in OS X

thanks for your quick reply.

Your assumptions were right :-)

Thanks for the explanations. We tried using shorter paths for all
third-party libraries (including ITK) and ours, but did not solve the
issue.

We then tried 3). And that solved the problem indeed.
