[ITK] Error while building ITK

1) From your question, I understand that you are having a problem building
the ITK library itself and not a project which uses the library. Is that
correct?

2) If so, I assume you have used CMake for configuring and generating the
.sln files from the ITK source files on your computer. Specifically, did
you follow the steps described here -
http://www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK/Configuring_and_Building/VisualStudio?

3) Are you trying to build only "ITKHDF5.sln" (located at
"your_ITK_build_folder\Modules\ThirdParty\HDF5)?
