[ITK] problems installing ITK 4.8.1 on OS X 10.9.5

Hi Matt & Everyone,

I wanted to followup to let you know that I resolved the problem by
reverting from CMake 3.4.0-rc3 to 3.3.2. I tried other versions of ITK/VTK
(including the nightly build) with the same errors. As soon as I reverted
to a different CMake, no problems at all.
