[ITK] spine/bone segmentation

Dear Zein,

Before you embark on your adventure I would suggest that you investigate
the current state of the art segmentation approaches for spine, they are
usually higher level than the set of filters found in ITK. A good place to
start is SpineWeb (http://spineweb.digitalimaginggroup.ca/).
