[ITK] Commercial ITK use

Hi Fijoy,

commercial software is by its nature closed source. So it is hard to tell
which libraries it is using. Also, authors of commercial software have
incentive to keep the libraries they use secret so potential copycats have
a harder time copying the functionality.

I am not sure whether anyone tried to create a list of commercial software
using ITK.
