[IGSTK-Developers] Finally the orientation is right!!

Hi David and Julien,

The orientation now is correct, if I set the CalibrationTransform's 
Rotation = rotation.SetRotationAroundX(PI/2).GetConjugate();
It will make the CylinderSpatialObject aligned with the pointer.

There is a small problem in my application, which made the thing doesn't 
look right just now, sorry about that David.

But now it's working.
