[IGSTK-Developers] PulseGeneratorTest

Hi, folks:

I fixed PulseGeneratorTest yesterday. It was stuck by Fl::run().

Another thing is that I tried to fix build02_shared tests (most of tests have failed so far because of missing dll).

I'm struggling to fix isis.build01's update problem.
