Hello,

I just fixed the HelloWorld application. Now everything seems to work 
well. The viewer was updating only the geometrical representation of the 
object and not the position.

Also, I fixed the linking problem on Cygwin, it seems that the 
SerialCommunicationForWindows compiles on Cygwin but was commented out 
in the CMakeLists.txt.

I also modified the CMakeLists.txt in the SandBox so that the CMake 
cache from IGSTK is loaded automatically (this avoid to set the ITK and 
VTK directories again in CMake).
