[IGSTK-Developers] Anti Link Spammer

Hi All,

I will update IGSTK wiki to my-special-hacked-anti-spam-wiki that makes 
sure people do not do bad things. This is the one we use on 
public.kitware.com for CMake/VTK/ITK/ParaView, and for NA-MIC.org/Wiki.
