[IGSTK-Developers] Anti Link Spammer

One question to Andy, I used NAMIC Wiki before, it reject all the 
external link. It's like month ago. But I don't know how it behaves now.

This might be a little bit inconvenient for our developers. Does this 
anti  spam package still reject all external links?
