[IGSTK-Developers] How to build TheBook for the printer

Patrick,

In order to build the PDF version of the book
for viewing on the screen, the following lines
should be in the file


    IGSTKTheBook.tex:


  15 \newif\ifigstkPrintedVersion
  16 \igstkPrintedVersionfalse


When building the version for sending to the
printer the line 16 must be modified as:


     16 \igstkPrintedVersiontrue



This will make the hyperlinks to be black
and the resolution of the figures to be
a lot higher.
