Team,

As discussed and agreed on the tcon yesterday:

I have copied all the remaining source, header files and test programs
of the main IGSTK CVS to the Sandbox.

The sandbox and the main IGSTK CVS are now essentially fully separated.

Please update your builds and let me know if you see any issues
