[IGSTK-Developers] Tracker refactoring

Team,

I am planning to temporarily create a second version of the tracker 
classes to
expedite the the refactoring task. I started modifying the old classes 
and I quickly
realized that refactoring the classes without breaking the build is very
time consuming and less productive.


Hence, similar to the refactored view classes, I will be creating "New" 
versions of the
tracker classes.

For example,

igstkTracker  -> igstkTrackerNew
igstkPolarisTracker -> igstkPolarisTrackerNew

etc...

Let me know if you see any issues with this scheme.
