Yes I know of the feature, I have just added these:

*.gif -k 'b'
*.doc -k 'b'
*.ppt -k 'b'
*.wks -k 'b'
*.xls -k 'b'
*.pdf -k 'b'

If anyone else wants to add more, just cvs checkout CVSROOT
from the insight tree, and add them to cvswrappers, then
check it back in.
