[Insight-developers] itk::Index (signed / unsigned) long

Hi,

There are some places where the content of the
itk::Index class is considered to be "long" and
others where it is "unsigned long".

Are we expecting to use negative indices for some application ?
(ie. for region filters when they fall outside the support of 
the image...)

or may be we can use "unsigned long" 
consistently through in all the code.


(I'll vote for an uniform "unsigned long")
