This is the last week before we lock down our next alpha release.  I would like for the submissions
to the repository to focus on
 

*	Compiler Errors
*	Tests that crash or fail
*	Memory access errors.  Please look at the Purify logs each day.
*	Compiler Warnings
*	Examples. Please make sure your examples build during the week.
*	Documentation

As I mentioned at the tcon, neither the examples or a PC purify run will be automated into the
dashboard until after the alpha.  I will be running purify by hand until 1) we can resolve the two
tests that get caught in an infinite loop (CyclicReferenceTest and WatershedImageFilterTest), and 2)
I purchase an another copy of purify.  To integrate the examples, I want to rework the CMakeLists.txt
files so that it is easier for people to say "build all the examples".  I may removed the "option"
command for any example that does not involve an external package.
