[Insight-developers] Return of VTK_DIR?

I just did a cvs update on Insight and ran CMakeSetup (1.6.1).  I got a 
new cache variable, USE_VTK, which I had thought had been eliminated. 
The associated documentation refers to VTKConfig.cmake.

Is this supposed to be showing up?
