[Insight-developers] Return of VTK_DIR?

Hi Mark,

This is ok,
the variable VTK_DIR is the new way to configure.

We will have to update the documentation both
in the GettingStarted.pdf and the SoftwareGuide.pdf.

In the VTK_DIR variable, you should provide the
binary directory where you build VTK.

We are trying to sync ITK, VTK and CMake for
tagging the release 1.1.

Please let us know if this generates any conflicts,
