[Insight-developers] ITK Release 1.2 and InsightApplications

Okay folks-

The SPIE course is over. CMake is released and stable. VTK 4.2 will beta 
today or tomorrow. I would like to get Release-1-2 out the door. Can we 
focus on getting rid of warnings and errors, etc. and avoid check-ins for a 
few more days?

A reminder: once this is done we are going to move Insight/Applications 
into its own InsightApplications checkout.

Will
