Sounds like a plan. However, I need to update VTK for the Nightlies at GE and make sure that all is
OK. I noticed some recent VTK changes to some cmake files. I'm out of town now and won't be back
until Thursday. It will take me at least a day to sync the builds.

As a start, you could update the vtk's for the Kitware Insight nightlies.

Okay folks-

The SPIE course is over. CMake is released and stable. VTK 4.2 will beta 
today or tomorrow. I would like to get Release-1-2 out the door. Can we 
focus on getting rid of warnings and errors, etc. and avoid check-ins for a 
few more days?

A reminder: once this is done we are going to move Insight/Applications 
into its own InsightApplications checkout.
