What:
As per Friday's tcon, the interpolators and ResampleImageFilter were
changed over the weekend. The classes now ask the Image to do
index/point conversions instead of doing it itself.=20

The performance should be the same as before, as the Image now only uses
the spacing and origin to do the conversion instead of doing a matrix
multiplication.

Why:
It change allows the possibility of the interpolators and resample image
filter to be used with non-rectilinear images.

Status:
After a couple of iterations - things look stable on all the platforms
on the dashboard.
