[Insight-developers] ITK Release 1.2 and InsightApplications

Hi Will,

Over the weekend, I've started to move some of my level set algorithms
from the old framework to the new one.

Both exist currently, because I have still to update examples and
applications.

I would really like to rid out all the old classes before tagging. Would
that be okay? Sorry about the bad timing.
