Hi Folks-

Here's a heads up regarding InsightApplications. I talked to Jim Miller and 
Luis and a couple of other folks. We are going to accelerate the move. I 
will be checking some changes in today. Please be patient while it settles 
down.

Also, while doing this there are a couple of CMake variables/options (and 
related code) that I am going to eliminate include FEM_VISUALIZATION and 
USE_GLUT.
