[Insight-developers] New Dicom Image Added

Dicom Image Developers,

I have added a single slice of a dicom image that can not be read with 
ITK.  The image is Insight/Testing/Data/Input/012345.002.050, and is 
accompanied with an ASCII text file 012345.002.050.README that contains 
some useful information about the file.

It will be important (at least for our group) that ITK can read these 
files, because we have several hundred volumes (at approx. 128 slices 
per volume) in this format.

The 012345.002.050.README file will be updated soon to contain more 
information about how to decode these images.
