Just two quick updates on these meetings.
1. RSNA. Remember this show gets very crowded and hotels are just about
filled up, so make your reservations as soon as possible. We will have =
at
least two people from Georgetown since we have two exhibits at the show =
and
would be glad to help with other exhibits as needed.
2. MICCAI. The ITK tutorial is in the morning and I am coordinating an =
open
source workshop in the afternoon. To date, 36 people have signed up for =
this
workshop.

Dear Stephen,
it is my pleasure to report you, that to date 67 participants have =
signed up
for the tutorial you have proposed. Based on this number the Organizing
Committee decided to definitively carry out the tutorial and has already
made the necessary reservations at the conference's venue.
As a default, a standard digital projection with laptop connection has =
been
arranged for the presentations. Let me know, if you need additional AV
equipment for the tutorial.
The conference organizers would like to publish the tutorial handouts on =
the
homepage in PDF format, in adition to making them availabe in paper =
format
at the conference. Let me know if you agree to making them available =
on
the MICCAI sebsite. In any case please note that the handouts must be
available to the organizers at least 10 days in advance of the tutorial
session in order to prepare their distribution.
I thank you very much for your contribution to the upcoming conference =

look forward to an exciting and enjoyable meeting in Montreal.

All,
I've transferred over most of the bugs from GNATS to the new system:

I didn't carry over some of the bugs which are no longer relevant.
Also wasn't able to assign all the bugs because some of the people =
currently
responsible for a bug does not as have accounts in the system.
Please feel free to close out any bugs when are no longer current.
BTW - I am unable to attend the tcon tomorrow morning - please email if
there are any issues or concerns.
