[Insight-developers] ConnectedComponentFunctorImageFilter

Hi,

I'm quite surprised to see ConnectedComponentFunctorImageFilter as a  
contribution in the insight journal while it is already in ITK cvs.
Should we really spend time to review code which is already part of ITK ?
