[Insight-developers] itkImageFileWriterTest failing in VS 7.1 release mode

Just for the record:

The test itkImageFileWriterTests is failing on Visual Studio 7.1
when compiled for Release mode.

After tracking this problem, It seems to be related to bug 1872:

It would seem that some recent change in the Exception Object has
brought the bug back.

It is too late to attempt to solve this problem before the release,
but hopefully we will be able to take a look at it before ITK 3.2.
