[Insight-developers] associatingan associate editor to the old contributions to the insight journal

Gaetan, Stephen,

This is a very good idea.

AE cannot assign Associate Editors to papers (only editors can).
I'll go through the list of previous submissions and assign AEs in a 
couple of days. In the meantime if the current associate editors would 
like to assign themselves that would be great.

Alos, ff current ITK developers would like to be associate editors (the 
AE manages reviews for publications and make sure they are done) feel 
free to send me an email.
