[Insight-developers] LIBXML2

Well...for MetaIO in VTK we can make use of the libXML2 already distributed
with VTK.   For ITK we'll have to distribute a copy with metaIO, OR if no
one else wants libxml2, then maybe I'll take the extra time to have metaio
use expat...but I REALLY hate expat :)
