Hi Luis,

I intend to implement the article "C. Lenglet, M. Rousson, R. Deriche
DTI Segmentation by Statistical Surface
Evolution<http://www.box.net/shared/static/n2m0rjds08.pdf>
,* IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging*, 25(6), 685-700, June 2006". As you
can find out, they used a previously developed algorithm which was proposed
by Makael Rousson. I could not find any ITK filter which can be used to
simulate DTI segmentation using the proposed method. May be it can be called
Bayesian Region Growing that is implemented in level set framework. I will
be happy to hear any comment and advice from you.

I am looking forward to hear you.

Best Wishes,

Mostafa
