[Insight-developers] New Statistics location and dependencies on old statistics files

In the sandbox, would you be willing to change the name of the abandoned
project to make it more clear that it should not be used?

svn mv RefactoringITKStatisticsClasses
AbandonedRefactoringITKStatisticsClassesDoNotUse.
