I missed the point of your email...    :-/
sorry about that.

Thanks for fixing the initialization of the matrix, vector and solution.

The CMakeLists.txt file is now running all the seven methods with
both the original test and the new trivial tests.

I'm starting an experimental build from "zion", that will give us the
new coverage numbers (it may take a while to get to the Dashboard though...)
