I think some of Mantis' features are being under-utilized.

For one, none of the bugs seem to set a 'target version'.  If this was
done, bugs could be grouped according to which version of ITK they
should be fixed for.  One could then create a 'ITKv5' to group bugs to
be fixed 'one day'.  This also makes the 'roadmap' feature useful; it
visually groups bugs by their target version, see:

The CMake group started using this recently.

Also, Mantis and git can be integrated, such that git activity related
to a bug is shown in Mantis, see:
