Our most recent tag is


                               v4.0a06

and it is marking the state of the repository just
before the modularization.


Now that most of the post-modularization issues have
been addressed, it is time to tag the repository with:

                               v4.0a07

To indicate the state of the stable repository after
the modularization.

before we tag.
