[Insight-developers] ITK Tagging v4.0a07 : After Modularization.

Luis,

We should take care of this bug:
http://public.kitware.com/Bug/view.php?id=12028 before tagging. Brad
suggests a fix in the notes section. I do not turn on Wrapping so I would
prefer that someone else fix this.
