Hi Mark,
You don't need to use the LD_LIBRARY_PATH nor JAVAPATHS
any more.
They are now provided at run time by the itkTestDriver.
This is the code that Gaetan added to the test driver
to insert value into the environment.
You may want to try by just unsetting these environment variables.
