Hi David,
Is it a real fork, or are you planning to contribute your changes to
ITK at some points?
If it is a real fork, then your should remove the hooks in your
repository (rm -rf .git/hooks/*) and make sure that they won't be
installed again by commenting the line
include(itkCheckSourceTree)
at the main beginning of CMakeLists.txt.
If it's not a real fork, you should use the hooks to make sure that
you're following the ITK style and this kind of things.
