[Insight-developers] can't push on gerrit ?

The robot stopped pushing *because* you turned on the check to require
a Change-Id in every commit.  The merge commits computed by the stage,
and other commits replayed from the MetaIO SVN repo and the KWSys CVS
repo do not have any Change-Id.  Therefore that check caused the robot's
pushes to be rejected by Gerrit.

My inbox was full of notifications of the push failures but I was on
vacation on Friday so I didn't see them until today.
